This immersive experience begins with gentle movement to ground you, followed by a sound bath featuring traditional Chinese gongs and Himalayan singing bowls. Leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and centred.

We've created a haven of tranquility where you can fully relax and reconnect. Lie back on a comfortable mattress, supported by soft cushions and enveloped in a plush blanket, as the soothing sounds wash over you. The intimate, small-group setting ensures a deeply personal and restorative experience.
